Thomas Ring appointed Head of Accounting Property Management at Tattersall Lorenz

Thomas Ring, 40, is the new Head of Accounting Property Management at Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienmanagement GmbH (Tattersall Lorenz). He succeeds Gudrun Stöhr, who in future will focus entirely on her responsibilities as Quality Officer.

Tattersall Lorenz appointed property manager of Schroder portfolio with a lettable area of over 230,000 square metres

Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienmanagement GmbH has been appointed by Schroder Real Estate VG mbH on the technical and commercial property management of a portfolio of twelve logistics, office and retail properties with a total lettable area of around 231,000 sq m excluding parking.

Tattersall Lorenz gains property management instruction from Union Investment for one of the "FOUR Frankfurt" towers

Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienmanagement GmbH (Tattersall Lorenz) has been instructed by Union Investment to undertake the property management of "AQUA", one of the four towers in the "FOUR Frankfurt" district development currently under construction on Junghofstrasse, in the city centre.
