Our interdisciplinary specialist units of experienced technicians and engineers throughout Germany ensure technical and infrastructure support for your property. This includes assurance of conformity with laws and official requirements, particularly in the set-up phase. Finance and accounting

Flexibility is our strength – in all areas. We manage rent and business account, payment transactions and annual financial statements for you in an individual or in-house system through to DATEV transfer to your tax consultant. From a single source, and always reliable.

We take a proactive approach to the management of rental income and reminders, as well as monitoring expenditure, making payments and liquidity management. Advance VAT returns and direct resolution of queries with the tax authorities are also part of our service, along with the monthly delivery of a financial report – in German or English. In other words, we take full care of you.

Our project management is the link between owners, tenants and all stakeholders. We plan, implement and manage projects in your best interests and applying our knowledge as a property manager. To this end, we combine engineering and architectural expertise with structured project management.
