Tattersall Lorenz wins property management instruction for "NEOS" in Bremen

Tattersall Lorenz has been instructed by Konrad-Zuse-Strasse-Bremen GmbH + Co to carry out the property management of "NEOS" in Bremen. The property is an innovative office complex, currently nearing completion in the grounds of the University of Bremen's Technology Park.

Situated at Hildegard-von-Bingen-Strasse 5 / Konrad-Zuse-Strasse 6-8a, the asset comprises two separate buildings on an around 10,200-square-metre site. One building is scheduled for completion later this month and the other by August 2022. The complex provides a total lettable area of approximately 15,900 square metres, which will be occupied by tenants that include encoway GmbH and the Digital Hub Industry of the State of Bremen. Some 6,700 square metres are still available for potential tenants.

The fit-out includes raised and cavity floors, exterior blinds, cooled ceilings, inlet and exhaust ventilation and kitchenettes. The state-of-the-art space in NEOS ensures maximum flexibility and freedom of design. As well as traditional offices, innovative layouts such as multi-space or open plan can be implemented on request.

The NEOS site includes a multi-storey car park with spaces for 238 cars and 198 bicycles, as well as 20 surface parking spaces. There is a variety of catering facilities in the immediate surroundings, including the Kubus restaurant in Wiener Strasse, the university refectory in Leobener Strasse and the Café UNIQUE in Enrique-Schmidt-Strasse. Sport Lounge Munte offers fitness facilities.

The property will be managed by Tattersall Lorenz’s team in its Hamburg office.

Daniela Tanski, Head of Tattersall Lorenz’s Hamburg branch, comments: “NEOS is a magnificent property that is notable not just because of its ultra-modern fit-out. With its direct link to the University of Bremen and the exceptionally high concentration of young professionals in the region, it is also a symbol of dynamism and the future. We are delighted to be able to set our team into action here, to provide the highest standard of property management to the mutual benefit of the tenants, the users and the owner."
