TATTERSALL LORENZ takes over property management of office building in the Brunnen Viertel of Potsdam
TATTERSALL·LORENZ Immobilienverwaltung und -management GmbH (Tattersall Lorenz), an owner-operated SME property manager based in Berlin, has received a new instruction for the technical and commercial property management of a property in Potsdam.
The asset is an office building, constructed in 2020 and with a lettable area of around 4,000 square metres, at Sophie-Alberti-Strasse 1 in Potsdam, the state capital of Brandenburg. It includes 43 surface parking spaces, with a further 20 spaces in the building’s underground car park.
The 500 square metre unit on the ground floor of the property will be occupied by a restaurant. 14 additional surface parking spaces are available for diners.
The instruction will be managed from Tattersall Lorenz’s Berlin office. Manager Eiko Görs comments: “This is the second instruction we have received in Potsdam in the last few months: the other concerning a film studio in the Babelsberg media city. In the new property, we will be paying special attention to increasing the efficiency of technical procedures and property management.
