TATTERSALL·LORENZ receives tenth hotel property management instruction
TATTERSALL·LORENZ Immobilienverwaltung und -management GmbH (Tattersall·Lorenz), an owner-operated SME property manager based in Berlin, has been instructed by the investment-, fund- and asset manager Hamburg Trust to carry out the property management of the “me and all hotel mainz", operated by Lindner Hotels AG .
The 162-room hotel, at Binger Strasse 23, Mainz, was opened in 2018. It includes a board room for meetings, a sports and spa area and a hotel shop. Mainz central station is only 200 metres' walk and the historic centre of the city, which is the capital of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate, is 800 metres away. The property will be managed from the Frankfurt office.
Following this instruction, Tattersall·Lorenz is now responsible for the property management of ten hotels across Germany. The other properties in this segment are the Holiday Inn Express Berlin (Alexanderplatz), Hampton by Hilton Berlin, Melia Berlin (Friedrichstrasse), Holiday Inn Express Dresden, Super 8 Hotel Dresden, Holiday Inn Frankfurt, Holiday Inn & Super 8 Hamburg and the Super 8 Hotel Oberhausen. Tattersall·Lorenz manages these properties on behalf of Union Investment.
Tattersall·Lorenz holds certifications under ISO 14001 (environmental management), ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 27001 (IT security). It has offices in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Dusseldorf and Stuttgart. The company currently manages 414 properties, with a total lettable area of 3.4 million square metres, in the logistics, light industrial, office, retail and hotel asset classes. It currently has around 130 staff.
