Tattersall Lorenz promotes Marian Ertl to Head of Technical Property Management
Marian Ertl, 31, is the new Head of Technical Property Management at Tattersall·Lorenz where he has worked since 2020, previously in the position of Technical Property Manager.
With immediate effect, he is taking over responsibility for the technical property management (standard services) of the properties managed by Tattersall Lorenz nationwide. A qualified real estate manager, Ertl, also holds a BSc degree in Facility Management.
Before joining Tattersall·Lorenz, Marian Ertl was managing director of a Berlin facility management service provider. Prior to that he worked in inventory management for Baugenossenschaft Hegau eG, Singen.
Ertl succeeds Marcel Steffens, who will now concentrate exclusively on his responsibilities as head of the company’s Nuremberg office and in the "Solutions" team. Working together with clients, the team develops solutions for the digital ecosystems of their properties and coordinates the integration of new portfolios into the processing environment and into IT systems.
