TATTERSALL·LORENZ opens office in Munich
TATTERSALL·LORENZ Immobilienverwaltung und -management GmbH (Tattersall·Lorenz), an owner-operated SME property manager based in Berlin, has opened a branch in Leopoldstrasse 256 -Strasse in Munich. The company now has direct local presence in Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Hanover, Munich and Stuttgart.
Susanne Tattersall, director of Tattersall-Lorenz, explains: "In the last twelve months, we have received a considerably greater volume of instructions in Bavaria. The number of properties we manage there has risen from 23 to 55 in only one year. This means we have over 230,000 square metres of additional lettable space to manage. In order to ensure our trademark high quality of service there, we have decided to open an office in Munich, the Bavarian state capital. We are particularly pleased to have gained Ralf Engelsen, an experienced real estate professional, as manager of our new branch.
Ralf Engelsen, 59, joins Tattersall·Lorenz from DIM Value GmbH, where he was head of the Munich and Frankfurt offices. Previous companies in his long career include Patrizia Deutschland GmbH, where he was Head of Property Management at the Munich office from 2008 to 2016, and RGM Gebäudemanagement, for which he managed the Munich, Stuttgart and Berlin offices.
In Munich, Ralf Engelsen will be supported by Petra Demko-Gierth, 52, who will share responsibility with him as the primary point of contact for Tattersall Lorenz clients in the Bavarian region. Demko-Gierth, a qualified Centre Manager, inter alia previously led the team for developing Property Management at JLL's Munich office.
Tattersall Lorenz currently manages 468 properties across Germany, with a total lettable area of some 4.2 million square metres. The assets include office and retail properties, as well as hotels, logistics and light industrial investments.
According to a survey by the European Real Estate Brand Institute among experts in the real estate industry, Tattersall Lorenz is one of the top 3 property managers in Germany.
