TATTERSALL·LORENZ given property management mandate for "Lyoner Stern" in Frankfurt by Montano

TATTERSALL·LORENZ Immobilienverwaltung und -management GmbH (Tattersall·Lorenz), an owner-operated SME property manager based in Berlin, has been instructed by Montano Asset Management (Montano) to carry out the property management of the "Lyoner Stern" office property in Frankfurt. Investcorp has owned the property since April 2019 and Montano is the asset manager.

The Tattersall·Lorenz team based in Frankfurt, led by Rebekka Rauen, head of the company's Rhine-Main region, will be responsible for the technical and commercial property management of the office building, which has a lettable area of around 28,100 square metres.

The building, which dates from 1982, was most recently modernised in 2003 and 2018. It stands on a 14,440 square metre site in Frankfurt-Niederrad and is virtually fully let. The asset provides around 25,200 square metres of office space and ca. 2,900 square metres of storage. The property includes some 430 car parking spaces.

"Lyoner Stern" is the second collaboration between Tattersall·Lorenz and Montano, which had earlier given the company property management instructions for the "Kö-Campus" in Eschborn.

Rebekka Rauen, branch manager of Tattersall·Lorenz's Rhine-Main region, comments: "We are delighted with the confidence once again placed in us. It is not just an acknowledgement of the work we have so far carried out, but also an incentive for us to continue guaranteeing property management of the highest standard for our clients”.
