Tattersall Lorenz gains Thorsten Thielecke as head of the new letting management division
Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienmanagement GmbH is expanding its range of services and establishing its own letting division. The proven expert Thorsten Thielecke has been recruited for this purpose and will take over the development and management of this newly created division as Head of Letting Management from March 15, 2025.
“By creating a separate division for letting and appointing such an experienced expert as Thorsten Thielecke, we are reaching an important strategic milestone,” emphasizes Susanne Tattersall, Managing Partner of Tattersall Lorenz. "In addition to comprehensive property management, our clients will also benefit from professional support in the letting segment in future. Especially in the tense market situation in the letting sector, we want to provide our clients of all asset classes with the best possible support in letting their properties."
By establishing its own letting division, Tattersall Lorenz is underlining its strategic development as a holistic property manager. The aim is to manage letting activities independently on behalf of clients, reduce vacancy rates and develop sustainable utilization strategies.
Thorsten Thielecke kehrt nach rund 18 Jahren zu Tattersall Lorenz zurück und bringt umfassende Erfahrung sowie fundiertes Branchenwissen mit. Zuletzt war er als Senior Leasing und Customer Experience Manager bei Prologis tätig. „Ich freue mich sehr über meine Rückkehr und darauf, den Bereich Vermietung auf- und auszubauen. Gemeinsam wollen wir maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kunden entwickeln und die Vermietungsprozesse effizient sowie zukunftsorientiert gestalten“, sagt Thielecke.
