Tattersall Lorenz gains property management instruction from Union Investment for one of the "FOUR Frankfurt" towers
Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienmanagement GmbH (Tattersall Lorenz) has been instructed by Union Investment to undertake the property management of "AQUA", one of the four towers in the "FOUR Frankfurt" district development currently under construction on Junghofstrasse, in the city centre.
Following its scheduled completion at the end of 2023, the imposing 100-metre-high building will provide a lettable area of around 25,000 square metres. The ground floor will feture new retail space.
AQUA, the first of the four towers in the complex, was topped out at the end of 2022, and features a striking glazed façade. Around 87% of the office space in the 23-storey building, which boasts a 110-space underground car park, has already been pre-let to future occupiers.

"FOUR Frankfurt" is being constructed to plans by architect Ben van Berkel and his team at UNStudio. A four-property complex, on completion it will strengthen the structural connections between Rossmarkt, Junghofstrasse, the city centre and the banking district.
