TATTERSALL·LORENZ gains property management instruction for apoBank portfolio
TATTERSALL·LORENZ Immobilienverwaltung und -management GmbH (Tattersall·Lorenz) has received instructions from the Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank eG for the property management of 85 bank branches and consultancy offices, as well as a range of other properties. The instruction, which involves a total of 135,000 sq m of mainly bank branches and office space, started on the first of October. Tattersall·Lorenz, an owner-managed SME property manager based in Berlin, will carry out the management of the properties from its various offices in Germany.

Tattersall·Lorenz now manages a total of 415 properties, with a combined floor area of some 3.4 million square metres.
