Tattersall Lorenz gains additional property management instruction from Edmond de Rothschild REIM

Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienverwaltung und -management GmbH (Tattersall·Lorenz), an owner-operated SME property manager based in Berlin, has received two further instructions from Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management (Edmond de Rothschild REIM).

The first property is the well-known "Main Triangel" in Frankfurt. The 15-storey office building, at Zum Laurenburger Hof 76, which was completed in 2006, provides a total lettable area of around 28,400 square metres. The main tenant is the Oberfinanzdirektion (regional finance directorate) Frankfurt.

The second property , an office and retail property “Akazienbogen”, situated at Hauptstrasse 23-24 in the Schöneberg district of Berlin, has a total lettable area of around 3,700 square metres.

Tattersall Lorenz will carry out both the technical and commercial property management on the two properties. The company is managing the assets from its Frankfurt and Berlin offices.
