Tattersall Lorenz appoints Thorsten Bremer and Marian Serr to the management board

Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienmanagement GmbH, an owner-managed property manager operating throughout Germany, is realigning its management level and expanding its executive board. With the appointment of Thorsten Bremer as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Marian Serr as Chief Operating Officer (COO), the company is establishing a new operational management unit, thereby strengthening its management structure in the long term.

"By expanding the Executive Board, we are creating space for an even more targeted strategic positioning and further development of our group of companies, which I will focus on more in my role as CEO in the future. At the same time, we are ensuring fast and efficient decision-making processes in day-to-day operations," explains Susanne Tattersall, Managing Partner of Tattersall Lorenz. “Our aim is to consistently expand our leading position as an innovative and reliable partner in an increasingly complex market environment.”

CFO and COO take on clearly defined areas of responsibility

Thorsten Bremer, previously Head of Property Management at Tattersall Lorenz, will be responsible for Finance & Controlling, People & Culture and Legal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With his many years in the industry and extensive expertise in the real estate sector, he is ideally qualified for this key position. As CFO, he also acts as a strategic sparring partner for the management and makes a significant contribution to the further development and future-proofing of the company.

"Our aim is to further strengthen both customer proximity and service quality through clear structures and optimized processes. I am looking forward to the new challenge - together with the Finance & Controlling team headed by Mathias Näther and the People & Culture team headed by Johannes Ostwald. With the necessary resources, we want to continue to shape the continuous organic growth of Tattersall Lorenz in addition to market stability."

In his new role as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Marian Serr will assume strategic responsibility for the operational business - including property management, project management construction, ESG management and letting. Marian Serr has been working for Tattersall Lorenz since 2019 and was most recently Head of Technical Property Management. Thanks to his professional background and specialist training, he brings with him a cross-divisional perspective that gives him a holistic view of operational contexts and strategic challenges.

"The digitalization and further development of our mandates is a key success factor. With the new structure, we can focus even more specifically on the needs of our clients and consistently develop our services further. In future, a particular focus will be on increasing quality and customer satisfaction, the further digitalization of the company and the targeted expansion of the areas of letting and project management," says Serr.

New management structure strengthens efficiency and collaboration

With the introduction of the new operational management unit, Tattersall Lorenz is pursuing the goal of strengthening its strategic orientation as a holistic property manager and ensuring the quality of operational implementation in the long term. The new structure creates clear responsibilities, promotes cross-divisional cooperation between staff units and specialist departments and enables more efficient decision-making processes.

“This change is an important step towards positioning ourselves for the future, developing both existing and new business areas in a targeted manner and giving property management a voice in the market,” summarizes Susanne Tattersall.
