TATTERSALL·LORENZ appoints Eiko Görs as manager of the Berlin branch

TATTERSALL·LORENZ Immobilienverwaltung und -management GmbH (Tattersall·Lorenz), an owner-operated SME property manager based in Berlin, has appointed Eiko Görs (52) as the new head of its Berlin office. He succeeds Heiko Lautenbach who, after around seven successful years with the company, will be pursuing new professional challenges.

Eiko Görs has over 30 years' experience in the real estate industry. Most recently he was Head of Operations at CBRE Berlin, where he was responsible for organisational development and contract management. Previously, from 1999 to 2017, he managed the Berlin, Leipzig and Dresden offices of BNP Paribas, with a total of 40 staff. Later, as Vice President Property Management of the NAI Sullivan Group, he established an office in Oklahoma, USA.

Eiko Görs is taking over management of Tattersall·Lorenz's 57-strong Berlin team. He is the primary contact for the company's clients that are served from the Berlin headquarters. Tattersall Lorenz is currently responsible for the property management of 267 assets, with a total floor area of some 670,000 square metres, in the office, health, retail, logistics/light industrial and residential segments.
