Sabrina Osthues becomes Stuttgart branch manager at Tattersall Lorenz

Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienmanagement GmbH, an owner-managed company active throughout Germany in the field of technical and commercial property management, has appointed a new manager for its Stuttgart office.

Sabrina Osthues has been appointed branch manager as of October 1, 2024. In her new role, she will take over the management of a 16-strong team that currently looks after 66 properties.

“I am very much looking forward to the new challenge and to further exploiting the growth potential of the Stuttgart branch. Together with the great team on site, we will continue the successful work of recent years and provide new impetus,” says Sabrina Osthues.

In addition to the operational management of the Stuttgart branch, Sabrina Osthues will also drive forward the strategic development of the location. This includes working closely with the existing team as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with customers and partners.

In addition to her many years of practical experience, Sabrina Osthues also brings academic expertise to her new role with a Master's degree in real estate management.
