New branch managers in Düsseldorf and Nuremberg
Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienmanagement GmbH, an owner-managed, nationwide property manager, is announcing personnel changes at management level in the Düsseldorf and Nuremberg branches as of July 1, 2025.
After more than six successful years in Düsseldorf, Sandra Jäger, who has led and significantly shaped the location with great commitment, will be leaving.
Susanne Thillmann will take over the management of the Düsseldorf branch on July 1, 2025. She previously worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where she most recently managed the Düsseldorf and Hamburg branches. With her in-depth knowledge of the market and extensive management experience, she is ideally placed to further develop the Düsseldorf branch.
There will also be a change in management at the Nuremberg branch:
Marcel Steffens, who has successfully built up and managed the branch over the past seven years, will be leaving the company at his own request on June 30, 2025 to take on a new position of responsibility in real estate management. He will be succeeded by Petra Demko-Gierth, who has been with Tattersall Lorenz for many years. In addition to her previous responsibility for the Munich branch, she will also take over the management of the Nuremberg office in future. Bundling the management of both southern German locations will strengthen the regional presence and create new synergies within the company.
"We would like to thank Sandra Jäger and Marcel Steffens for their many years of service and their valuable contributions to the successful development of our locations in Düsseldorf and Nuremberg. Both have developed and led their teams with great commitment and enriched cooperation within the company. At the same time, we are delighted to have Susanne Thillmann and Petra Demko-Gierth as two strong leaders at the head of these important branches. We wish them every success and a good start in their new roles," says Susanne Tattersall, Managing Partner of Tattersall Lorenz GmbH.
