Theory, practice and working on equal terms: your apprenticeship brings everything together here. As an established company, we show you every aspect of property management from scratch, foster your talents and develop ideas for the future together. With us, you apply what you learned at vocational college and get to know the industry inside out. You will of course receive appropriate pay, and career prospects after your apprenticeship.

Dual-study course: a win-win.

With a dual-study course, you get two qualifications at once. You receive academic and vocational training, and are ideally prepared for your career – with everything that entails. We are constantly on hand for you as a sparring partner, we put your theoretical knowledge to practical use, and we open up the whole world of property management to you. This is your first step to a promising career that you are welcome to continue with us after your studies.

For students: a part-time job that's worth your while.

As a student employee, you will assist us in exciting projects and experience the hands-on side of your course. Organisation, optimisation, digitalisation – proven processes and state-of-the-art technologies combine to make this a fascinating role.
