Tattersall Lorenz appoints Thorsten Bremer as Head of Property Management

Thorsten Bremer will be appointed as the new Head of Property Management at Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienmanagement GmbH (Tattersall Lorenz) from 15 April 2023.

In the newly created position, the 58-year-old will be responsible for quality assurance in the existing mandates together with Marian Ertl, Head of Technical Management, and Gudrun Stöhr, Head of Accounting, and will actively progress the further growth of Tattersall Lorenz.

The real estate economist has been active in the real estate industry for more than 30 years and joins Tattersall Lorenz after around ten years at B&L Property Management GmbH, where he was in charge of property and centre management for 6.1 billion Euros of assets under management with a total rental space of around 900,000 sq m.

His other roles have included HCI Capital AG, HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-GmbH and Brau und Brunnen AG.

Together with Gudrun Stöhr and Marian Ertl, Thorsten Bremer will support the company's eight branch managers as a professional advisor with a supra-regional view.

Susanne Tattersall, managing partner of Tattersall Lorenz, commented: "With the newly created trio of competences, we cover all professional topics of our heterogeneous mandates and can optimise the existing process structure sustainably and over the long term. At the same time, the management of our offices throughout Germany will have more time to manage the teams on site, which have grown considerably in recent years. This will further improve our capacity while maintaining the high quality of our work."

Tattersall Lorenz has offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt a. M., Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich, Nuremberg, and Stuttgart. The number of employees has grown from around 150 at the end of 2020 to around 200 at present.
