Strategic Growth at Tattersall Lorenz and talyo.: Saskia Wiesel and Johannes Ostwald Assume New Leadership Roles

As of 1 January 2026, Johannes Ostwald has joined the Executive Management of talyo. Property Services GmbH. Previously Head of People & Culture at Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienmanagement GmbH, he is moving within the group and will assume the role of Authorized Signatory (Prokurist) and Director Corporate Services at talyo.

In his new position, Johannes Ostwald will be responsible for the areas of organization, certification, finance & controlling, legal affairs, human resources, IT, and marketing. In doing so, he will take on a central interface role in both the operational and strategic development of talyo. Johannes Ostwald has been with Tattersall Lorenz for seven years. In his previous role, he played a key role in shaping the organization, further developing structures and processes, and sustainably contributing to the company culture.

Johannes Ostwald’s successor as Head of People & Culture at Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienmanagement GmbH is Saskia Wiesel, who also assumed the role on 1 January 2026. Saskia Wiesel has been part of the company for more than five years and is a long-standing member of the People & Culture team. During this time, she has further developed and professionalized operational HR work. Her professional expertise, reliability, and strong sense for people have played a decisive role in shaping collaboration within the company.
