Stefan Konietschke promoted to new Head of TPM Construction at TATTERSALL LORENZ

Stefan Konietschke, 42, has been promoted as the new Head of TPM Construction at Tattersall-Lorenz Immobilienverwaltung und -management GmbH (Tattersall Lorenz), an owner-managed SME property manager based in Berlin. He succeeds Frank Richter, who left the company in order to take on new professional challenges.

Stefan Konietschke was previously Capex Engineer in Tattersall Lorenz’s Hamburg office, where he will continue to work in his new position. His tasks include planning and project-controlling the fit-out and reconfiguration of buildings. Also in his area of responsibility are further development of the successful product of project control of the repair and refurbishment works of the buildings under management, as well as supervising the budget for the requisite maintenance and Capex activities.

Stefan Konietschke joined the Tattersall Lorenz team in March 2017. His previous positions include Construction Project Manager at KVF Energy Ltd, SAE Biogas Ltd and MT Energie. He holds a degree in Construction and Real Estate Management (Diplomingenieur (FH)).
